Documents required：

 1．Valid passport,visa and the last entry record(copies included)；

 2．One recently taken, 2-inch, full-face, color photograph；

 3． Tourists who have been invited should submit an 0fficial letter from the host unit (stating the basic information of applicant，reasons for applying，items and period of stay，etc)；those who have not been invited should submit financial affidavit for living expense in China(at US$100per day)；

 4．Completed “Visa and Residence Permit Application Form”；

 5．0ther materials, if necessary．
