 3．People who have come to visit relatives should submit the ID card or certification of local host(copy included)：

 *The host in Changsha should submit their ID card，permanent household registration or temporary residence certificate；

*Overseas Chinese or residents from Hong Kong，Macao or Taiwan should submit their travel documents and lodging certification for staying in Changsha over 6 months；

 *Foreigners who reside in China should submit their passport and residence permit；

 4．People who have come to see a doctor should Submit the diagnosis by hospitals of the county level or above(copy included)；

 5．People who have come for other private business should submit relevant certification；

 6．Completed“Visa and Residence Permit Application Form”．
