  Jersey City United States

Jersey City, the second largest city of New Jersey, U.S.A., is located in the northeast area of New Jersey. It is the seat of the Hudson County. It covers a total land area of 14.87 square miles and a total water area of 6.19 square miles. The city is a port near Hudson River and Hockensack River, up to New York Bay, down on Newark Bay.

In 1998, the population of Jersey City reached 2288,537.

The four major industrial projects in Jersey City are Greenville Yards Industrial Park, Claremont Industrial Park, Montgormery Industrial Park and liberty Industrial Park. The main economy sectors are financial, insurance & real estate. Many people refer to Jersey City as “West Wall Street”.

Jersey Cityis less than 10 miles from Newark International Airport, and 20-minute trip by car to both La Guardia and JFK International Airports.
