---Standing Deputy Mayor of Changsha Municipal People’s Government is the director of Changsha Administrative Committee of Foreign Investments, while other deputy mayors, who are in charge of foreign trade, resources and transportation, city infrastructure development, fiscal taxes are deputy directors, and related government departments leaders are members of this committee. Its major responsibilities are to strengthen the management and coordination in utilizing foreign investment, solve problems in foreign investment. There is an executive office under the committee, together with the Foreign Trade Bureau of Changsha, to run the daily operations.
